This application is designed to facilitate real-time location sharing among groups such as hunters, field workers, parents and children, drivers, hikers, and emergency responders. It provides tools for coordination and situational awareness through map-based tracking functionalities.

Members can be invited easily via a simple code, eliminating the need for registration or sign-up procedures. Control over location sharing is managed through the app’s interface:

• With team tracking enabled:
  • Your device transmits location data to the server, making it accessible to other team members.
  • The app continues to function in the background, maintaining location updates even when not actively displayed on the screen.
• With team tracking disabled:
  • Your location remains solely on your device; no data is shared externally.
  • The app is suspended from memory when not in view, conserving resources.

On the map interface, users can view their own position by default. Tapping on a member’s row allows users to center the map on that individual’s location. Navigation to moving team members is simplified by setting a target, with visual cues indicating the course needed to follow even if they change position. A course line can also be displayed for self-navigation.

Customized alerts can be set up to monitor geographic zones or specific activities:

• Polygonal or circular zones trigger notifications upon entry or exit.
• Speed thresholds can be monitored with alerts for exceeding or dropping below set limits.
• Distance alerts between team members or waypoints enhance spatial awareness.

Team members can update their status with quick icons or detailed messages to communicate their current situation effectively. Additionally, customizable panels display data such as speed, altitude, coordinates (Lat/Long, UTM, MGRS), and distances between points of interest or members.

The app’s battery consumption varies depending on usage mode:

• When team tracking is off, the app is removed from memory when inactive and consumes no GPS or battery resources.
• With team tracking enabled, continuous GPS usage and data sharing increase battery drain. The default synchronization interval is every five seconds but can be adjusted in settings for optimized power management.

The free version offers basic features suitable for casual activities like hiking with children or following teen drivers, including limited team size, zones, synchronization frequency, and historical GPS data (up to 4 hours).

The PRO Pack subscription unlocks extended capabilities: unlimited members and zones, higher synchronization frequency (up to once per second), and extended GPS history (up to 24 hours). Subscription options include a monthly plan priced at $1.99.

Users are advised to manage subscriptions via the device’s main Settings app, with auto-renewal requiring manual deactivation at least 24 hours before renewal. Renewal charges are processed through iTunes at the time of purchase confirmation.
